The dance company of the Volkstheater Rostock under the direction of Kellymarie Sullivan and Daniele Varallo (company management, choreographic assistance, training and rehearsal management) and Laura Witzleben (house choreographer) is looking for highly qualified and creatively curious dance artists for the coming 2023/24 season :inside (all gender). (NV Stage Solo)
We are looking for experienced dance artists with excellent improvisation skills, theatrical and artistic enthusiasm. A high level of contemporary dance technique is essential (a classical background is an advantage), although we welcome dancers from a variety of dance backgrounds.
The creative drive and the desire to delve into different dance styles are important to us and contribute to the future dynamic repertoire of the ensemble. Other artistic skills such as singing or playing an instrument are welcome (but not essential).
Audiotion:
Saturday, April 29th and Sunday 30.04 or Saturday 06.05. and Sunday 07.05.
The allocation takes place from our side!

The audition is by invitation only and will take place at: Volkstheater Rostock, Patriotischer Weg 33, 18057 Rostock

Dance company of Volkstheater Rostock (director: Katja Taranu) is looking for a professional male dancer with a high level of contemporary dance for the season 2022/23.
It is an employment according to the contract NV Bühne Solo.
We are looking for a versatile dancer with professional experience and performing talent, who has the courage to express different emotions and who is interested in actively participating in the creative process.
A classic base as well as experience in improvisation and partnering are essential.
The dance company of Volkstheater Rostock appreciates teamwork.
This requires individual responsibility and the ability of making decisions.
The dancers have the opportunity to lead various workshops.
For coproductions with drama and opera department a certain level of german language is necessary.
