Ballet at the Opéra national du Capitole - director of dance Beate Vollack - is recruiting for the following permanent positions: one female principal dancer and one male principal dancer.
The ideal candidates are classically trained dancers who are also familiar with the contemporary dance repertoire.
You will also have solid experience working within a ballet or opera company with a strong international reputation.
Audition by invitation only.
Applicants should send a full application dossier to the Ballet Régie at recrutements@capitole.toulouse.fr.
Deadline for applications: 1 March 2024 midnight.
Shortlisted applicants will receive an invitation to audition on 28 to 29 April by no later than three weeks before the date of the audition.
A registration form must be completed.
Applications must include: CV and video links up to a maximum of 10 minutes Videos should show a pas de deux or solo performance from a classical repertoire as well as an excerpt from a contemporary performance.
Videos should be shared by a link which can be viewed without any login or password (for instance, unlisted video on YouTube).
Contracts from 1 September 2024.
