The Chongqing Ballet of China, under the artistic leadership of Jun Liu is seeking classically trained dancers for the 2021/22 season
The company is looking for both male and female dancers for apprentice, corps de ballet and soloist positions.
The company offers a 12 month contract with competitive salary including bonuses and extra pay for performances.
- Apprentice contract starts at 5000 RMB (gross) 約８万円
- Corps de ballet contract starts at 10,000 RMB (gross) 約16万円
- Soloist contract will be determined according to experience level and quality
Requirements for application:
- Dancers must be over 18 years old
- Soloists should present proof of minimum 2 years of experience in such position or higher
- Minimum height for female dancers 1.65cm, male dancers 1.80cm
- Proof of diploma from ballet school / academy
- Clear CV
Video requirements:
- Center work in the studio wearing tights for men and leotard, tights and pointe shoes for ladies.
- The video should consist of adagio, 2 pirouette exercises (right and left), jumps (small, medium, big) and a variation.
- In addition applicants should submit a show reel from performances
